• Your company name (if provided)
• Truck details: year, make, model, and VIN (if provided)
• Part details: part number, description, and/or photo (if provided)
• Your IP address at the time of submission
• A timestamp and record of your SMS consent

Why We Collect It

We collect this information solely to respond to your parts inquiry. Your phone number is used to send you text messages about your request. We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Who We Share It With

Your information is shared only with:

• Internal staff at Heavy Duty Truck Parts who handle your parts request.
• Our SMS provider (Telnyx), which delivers text messages to your phone number on our behalf.
• Our database provider (Supabase), which securely stores your submission data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

How Long We Retain It

We retain your submission data for as long as necessary to fulfill your request and for a reasonable period afterward for business record-keeping purposes. If you would like your data deleted sooner, please contact us using the information below.
